Trout

In the waters of the Serchio Valley you can find both varieties of trout (both fine).

The brown trout: the most common variety for the so-called "torrents", which needs fresh water and well oxygenated.

The rainbow trout is less need in terms of aquatic environment and can survive in standing water and "hot" as long as clean.
