Booking and confirmation

• To check for availability, send an e-mail to info@ilmelogranonano.com.
• We reply by return e-mail within 1 business day (if you have not heard from us within 24 hours please check in your spam or junk folder) stating availability, room rates. We reply to all with a “Room Availability" e-mail, and when we don't have rooms available, we supply information on alternative accommodation.
• In order to book the room you only have to reply to our availability e-mail.
• Please take note that booking is confirmed exclusively through
  • our “Booking Confirmation” e-mail containing all details of your sojourn at our B&B
  • a 30% booking deposit. Your booking will remain UNCONFIRMED until the deposit is received in full.
• On the day of your arrival, check-in must be done after 2.30 p.m.; on the departure day, check-out must be done by 10.30 a.m..
• When the guest arrive he must produce a valid identity document.
• In case of early arrival or late departure you can deposit your baggage in the left-luggage office.

Booking Confirmation Payment

To use Paypal online services it is necessary to register. Registration is free and very easy. You need to provide a valid e-mail address.

Price and full Payment

• Accommodation rates are intended per room per night inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
• The price of the room is communicated in our “Booking confirmation” e-mail.
• Full payment will be paid upon check-out only cash.

Cancellations, amendments and no-show

• Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by e-mail to: info@ilmelogranonano.com.
• Bookings cancelled by e-mail 20 days from the official check-in time in advance of your arrival date will not be charged. In that case, the deposit will be returned (except PayPal fee).
• If you cancel with less than 20 days notice prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
• If the guest shows, but decides not to stay in the B&B all the nights he booked, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
